Whatcha got cookin'

Come see what's cooking in my oven....

Pizza Bubble

Warning...this is not a healthy, balanced diet kind of meal, but something fun to make every now and then.
Here's the recipe:

1 stick of butter
1 tsp. dried Italian seasonings
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 can Grands flaky biscuits
1 pkg sliced pepperoni
Mozz. Cheese
1/4 c parmesan cheese
Small jar pizza sauce

Oven 350. Spray bundt pan (fluted tube pan) with cooking spray.  In small mix butter, seasonings, & garlic powder.  Press biscuits into 3 inch rounds 7 place 3-4 pepps. & 1/2 slice of cheese. Bring dough up around filling and roll into ball.  Roll in butter mixture & place in pan.  Put first 8 balls in and then cover with parmesan cheese.  Repeat with remaining balls.  Pour remaining mixture over top.  Bake 33 -38 minutes or until deep golden brown.  Cool for 5 minutes or until deep golden brown.  Cool for 5 minutes.  Gently loosen from sides of pan and flip upside down.  Serve with pizza sauce.  Serves 16.

Strawberry Salsa
Easy recipe, just remember 2-1- 2 : 
2 qt. of strawberries 1 Figi (Large) Apple  2 Kiwi
Use the handy dandy food processor and mix in 2 TB of strawberry perserves 
and then serve with Cinnamin Pita Chips.  SOOO GOOD!
Also lately...my household...the hubby and me (well, and Scruffs if we let him) are obsessed with yummy pudding and vanilla waffers. We feel like we could be the next "Bill Cosby" pudding, marketing campaign.
